Capital Comics is a site for comic fans. Our goal is to serve the comic book fan and to preserve as many books as possible by putting them in the hands of collectors who will appreciate them for years to come.

Credit Card Payment: We accept PayPal. Our online shopping cart allows you purchase our books instantly with any major credit card through PayPal. 

Mail Order Payment: If you wish to pay by money order, certified funds or cashiers check, please email us a list of your selections so that we can confirm pricing and shipping. International payment note; we no longer accept international forms of payment other than paypal.

Policies: Returns are handled on an individual basis within a 7-day period. Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as sent.
